| Ingredients: 1360g Chicken Pieces 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Herb Rub 1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Dijon mustard 1 Tsp Garlic Salt 1 Tsp Curry Powder |
| Preheat Oven to 180C. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan and squirt with lemon juice. Make deep slits in chicken and apply the rub generously. |
| Combine Butter, Honey, Mustard, Salt and Curry Powder and Mix Well (Idid not have Garlic salt, so i just added some freshly minced garlic) |
| Pour over chicken. |
| Bake for 1h 15min basting every 15min. |
| Until chicken is tender and nicely browned (It can be a much darker brown than this) |
| I served it with a baked potato and salad. I poured the extra sauce over the baked potato. Delicious!! |
