Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
1360g Chicken Pieces
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Herb Rub
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tsp Curry Powder
Preheat Oven to 180C. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan and squirt with lemon juice.
Make deep slits in chicken and apply the rub generously.
Combine Butter, Honey, Mustard, Salt and Curry Powder and Mix Well
(Idid not have Garlic salt, so i just added some freshly minced garlic)
Pour over chicken.
Bake for 1h 15min basting every 15min.
Until chicken is tender and nicely browned
(It can be a much darker brown than this)
I served it with a baked potato and salad. I poured the extra sauce over the baked potato.
Delicious!!
